Working within an ITIL environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for Incident Response, Service Operations, Technical Support and VIP Support across a large team of internal customers.
Experience working within Wealth Management (in particular Financial Advice) would be highly regarded, as would an understanding and / or experience with VBA and Python.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications and / or relevant industry certifications (ITIL Foundation)
- Demonstrated support experience gained within large, complex environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Excellent coordination and influencing skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Any experience scripting in Python or VBA is highly regarded
