Senior Project Manager

About the role
This client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage a successful delivery of the HCM system.

Responsibilities

Manage and be responsible for the successful delivery of the HCM System Review within agreed scope, budget, time and quality
Stakeholder management
Manage project in accordance to the relevant frameworks, processes and standards
Develop and maintain appropriately detailed project artefacts throughout the lifecycle of a project, ensuring they meet the agreed quality standards
Provide leadership and direction to the (at times, flexible and virtual) project team, capitalise on and leverage resources' skills

To be successful in this role you will possess the following experience:

Extensive experience in Project Management with experience managing Success Factors projects
Demonstrated project and change management experience with a record of achievement in leading and implementing new HR systems
Demonstrated influence and consulting skills
Excellent stakeholder management
