We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant for one of our large enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working as a Salesforce Functional Consultant.

Skills and Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 4+ years' experience working with Salesforce platform as a Functional Consultant
  • Experience working in an Agile project delivery environment
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with clients
  • Proven ability to assist and support system, end-to-end and UAT testing cycles
  • Create and deliver end-user training
  • Support facilitation of workshops between internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct Value Stream Mapping and Business Process Mapping sessions
  • Configure Salesforce features to support the business requirements
  • Support the implementation and rollout of the system
  • Assist in the scheduling and completion of customer success stories
  • Identify new service opportunities while working with clients
  • Salesforce certifications will be highly regarded.
