Job Description

Working for the well-known government your brand new role will be to provide a range of technical services including supporting, maintaining, deploying, and enhancing applications on FileNet/ Splunk/ DevOps Tools platforms.

Key accountabilities
  • Responding to incidents and request in a timely manner 
  • Identify and implement improvement initiatives to reduce the volume of problems and support issues 
  • Use and maintain DevOps tools like Bamboo / Jenkins, Ansible, Bitbucket, Jira and Confluence for lifecycle management and also look for automation opportunities in tasks
  • Support platforms both On-Premise and in a multi-cloud environment (AWS, Azure currently)

Key skills and experience
  • Demonstrated experience in providing technical support for enterprise systems in a complex multi-cloud environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience with DevOps & Agile methodologies & tools
  • Previous experience in the administration and support of document management systems (FileNet) OR integration platforms (IBM) highly regarded
