Your new role will see you joining a well established Service and Operations Delivery team within the financial services, banking and payments space. Working with a range of digital teams you will be providing service delivery using ITIL principles within a devops environment. Ultimately you will providing 24/7 support for over the counter and online payments and financial channels.
Skills and Experience:
- Service Operations experience with critical systems
- Strong knowledge across applications and infrastrucutre
- Excellent ITIL knowledge and demonstrable experience
- DevOps/Agile exposure
- Financial Services experience
