This role will see you working on a telco transformation project where you will be responsible for managing and liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders on a daily basis to assist with the coordination of new infrastructure. You will monitor vendor SLAs and be confident using service management systems.
Key skills required:
- 1 to 2 years experience in an SDA position
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Competence in the ITIL process
