We have an urgent requirement for a Service Desk Analyst to join our dedicated client, a leading Education provider, based in the North Shore. You will be joining an established IT team, for an initial 9-month engagement.
Key skills and experiences:
- 3+years' experience as a service desk analyst/L1-2 Helpdesk role.
- Apple experience preferred
- Call logging experience required
- Experience with Fresh Desk Call logging system (preferred)
- Previous experience in an educational environment preferred
- Audio Visual experience would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
Must be available to start immediately.
