Role responsibilities include:
- Provide 1st level technical phone support to multiple clients / environments
- Set up workstations with computers and required peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
- Ensure security and privacy of customer systems and data
- Maintain concise and up to date service tickets
- Must have previous experience working for an IT MSP company / environment
- 2 years' experience in a Level 1 Service Desk Analyst role
- Microsoft desktop / workstation support experience
- MCP and/or CompTIA A+ level certification
- Cisco CCENT level networking support skills
- ITIL Foundations certification
- Excellent communication skills and a highly professional phone manner
- Genuine customer service focus
- Self-starter who can work both on their own and as part of a collaborative team
