Our client is an established IT managed service provider (MSP) who are WA focused, owned and operated. In building-out their existing team, an opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Level 1 Service Desk Analyst to join the team on a permanent and full-time basis.

Role responsibilities include: 
  • Provide 1st level technical phone support to multiple clients / environments
  • Set up workstations with computers and required peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
  • Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
  • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
  • Ensure security and privacy of customer systems and data
  • Maintain concise and up to date service tickets
You will have the following experience:
  • Must have previous experience working for an IT MSP company / environment
  • 2 years' experience in a Level 1 Service Desk Analyst role
  • Microsoft desktop / workstation support experience
  • MCP and/or CompTIA A+ level certification
  • Cisco CCENT level networking support skills
  • ITIL Foundations certification 
  • Excellent communication skills and a highly professional phone manner 
  • Genuine customer service focus 
  • Self-starter who can work both on their own and as part of a collaborative team
