Job Description

  • Initial short term contract  
  • 22nd of July start 
  • Ongoing mentoring and training 
This position requires an experienced and customer focused Service Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact in a service desk environment. Based in the inner South/Eastern suburbs location.
This is an initial short term 8-week contract with the potential to extend.
 
Skills & Competencies
  • 1-2+ years of providing level 1 support to large organisations 
  • Customer-centric attitude 
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, including a personable and professional phone manner and the ability to explain technical issues using non-technical language.
  • Experience supporting AD, Windows, Exchange 
  • Experience troubleshooting O365 highly regarded
