Skills & Competencies
- 1-2+ years of providing level 1 support to large organisations
- Customer-centric attitude
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, including a personable and professional phone manner and the ability to explain technical issues using non-technical language.
- Experience supporting AD, Windows, Exchange
- Experience troubleshooting O365 highly regarded
