Working with this government-owned organisation you will be a part of a team to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will responding to queries either on the phone or in person.

This role will suit someone who has strong technical skills that is also able to communicate with the business. Previous experience supporting Microsoft Teams is critical to the success of this role.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first level of support for any information technology issues and problems
  • Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and other problem solving methods
  • Provide assistance remotely by phone or in person while using the ITSM
  • Help manage the deployment, configuration and security of desktop and mobile computing devices and peripherals
  • Proactively maintain and support the meeting room technology solutions
  • Liaise with vendors performing repairs of computers and mobile devices
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a knowledgebase of documentation for ICT issues and solutions
  • Maintain asset registers and stock levels for ICT equipment
  • Proactively monitoring the performance of services against SLAs
  • Recommending performance improvements and preparation of performance reports
Your Experience
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365 Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams
  • Understanding of Skype or Teams meeting room technology
  • Microsoft SCCM or Intune experience working with an SOE
  • Experience supporting Citrix and VPN users
  • Active Directory adds/moves and changes experience
  • Basic PowerShell Scripting experience
