Talent are currently seeking a Service Desk Consultant to join an established consultancy based in Fortitude Valley.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
This leading Queensland medium enterprise consultancy that provides SharePoint and Office 365 consulting services across Australia is looking for growth in early 2021 with a large pipeline of projects and increased client base to support.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking to recruit a passionate technology specialist looking to progress their career and build experience within the Microsoft 365 and Azure space.

Within this role you will have a strong work ethic and ability to communicate clearly and gather information in order to discover and diagnose the issues within the platforms and applications that the client supports. This role is unique in that while being a front line support role, you will need to be able to help design and implement solutions for our clients and partners. This role will report to the National Service Desk Manager.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Technology: 
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Experience including: Azure AD, Intune, SCCM, etc
  • Capability in the Microsoft Office 365 Experience including: Exchange, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Platform
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server / Services experience
  • Capability to manage server health (i.e. Logs, Applications, services, IIS, networking, etc)
  • Demonstratable scripting capabilities in PowerShell, HTML, JavaScript, C#.
  • Knowledge of the Software development/support experience (C#/.NET/React) in Git/DevOpsService Desk Experience, Autotask and Dynamics CRM a bonuss
Interpersonal skills:
  • Act as the first point of contact for people calling or arriving at the office
  • Work with our consulting practices to generate/provide excellent customer service and support of technical deployments
  • Manage the scope, deployment and support of internal systems (i.e. Intranet, practice management system, financial system, etc)
