Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst level 2-3 with SCCM and Citrix experience to provide technical support across problems and projects.

In this large and complex environment you will be part of an established team and bring a broad range of technical skills, applications and infrastructure knowledge. 

Key experience required:
  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar Engineer position in a large and complex environment
  • Vendor and/or outsourced services coordination/ management
  • SCCM and Citrix experience required
  • Broad understanding and/ or experience across SCOM, MS SQL, Azure, Office 365, VMware and networks an advantage
  • Expertise in Root cause analysis for problems
  • Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve hardware and software problems and then recommend/ execute modifications
  • Relevant certification and training (e.g. SCCM, Citrix etc.)
  • Ability to work and collaborate in a team as well as autonomously as required
