Due to increased business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Contact Centre Service Desk Manager, to join an Australian owned and based company in Sydney CBD.

Your day to day responsibilities will be as follows:
  • Service Desk/Contact Centre Centre Team Leader experience ideally within a B2B IT Systems business
  • Exposure managing a team of 5+ Contact Centre Specialists within a complex technical environment
  • Ensure a high level of customer SLA's are delivered with exceptional customer service.
  • Day to Day mentoring and team leadership including training and reporting to the senior leadership team
  • ITIL knowledge is preferred to enhance service delivery
All candidates must be currently based in Sydney with full Australian working rights.This is a permanent position with a competitive salary package available.
