Due to increased business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Contact Centre Service Desk Manager, to join an Australian owned and based company in Sydney CBD. This is a permanent position with a flexible salary package available.

Key responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for managing a team of service desk analysts
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the team are delivering on the SLA's and have the right skills
  • You will also be on call for escalation by the customer of service desk (working with leading contact centre technology with large clients)
  • Mentoring the team and reporting back to the execs improvements

Key skills and experiences:
  • At least 2+ years of experience working as a service desk manager in a contact centre environment
  • 5+ years of experience previously working in a level 2-3 Contact Centre support role
  • ITIL knowledge to deliver service improvement
  • Must be good under pressure, have excellent stakeholder management
  • Experience mentoring a team and reporting back to execs on improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
