Your day to day responsibilities will be as follows:
- Service Desk/Contact Centre Centre Team Leader experience ideally within a B2B IT Systems business/ IT Managed Service Provider
- Exposure managing a team of 5+ Contact Centre Specialists within a complex technical environment
- A high level of technical service desk contact centre technology understanding - Genesys preferred
- Ensure a high level of customer SLA's are delivered with exceptional customer service.
- Day to Day mentoring and team leadership including training and reporting to the senior leadership team
- Relevant ITIL certifications are expected
- The ability to establish and implement best-practice business solutions and create a high performing team culture
