Job Description

We are looking for Service Desk Analyst to join our client's IT Service Desk team as soon as possible.
Role Description:
  • Level 1/2 technical support role
  • Immediate start
  • Initial 5 month contract with high possibility to extend
You will need:
  • Experience in Level 1/2 Corporate IT Service Desk Support (2 years' experience or more).
  • Exposure to working with high call and ticket volumes in an IT Service Desk.
  • Must have strong verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic, positive attitude, keen to make an impression.
  • Exposure to IT Service Management support tools will be beneficial (ServiceNow, Heat, BMC Remedy Etc) 
The Environment consists of:
  • Active Directory

  • Office 365
  • SCCM
  • Windows 7 and 10
  • Skype for Business
  • VPN / RSA remote connectivity
