You will need:
- Experience in Level 1/2 Corporate IT Service Desk Support (2 years' experience or more).
- Exposure to working with high call and ticket volumes in an IT Service Desk.
- Must have strong verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic, positive attitude, keen to make an impression.
- Exposure to IT Service Management support tools will be beneficial (ServiceNow, Heat, BMC Remedy Etc)
