Our client is one of the leading IT companies in Australia with a client base in sectors including Government, Financial, Manufacturing, Resources and Logistics. Their areas of expertise include many areas including Digital, Applications & Infrastructure, Security, Outsourcing, Network Services and Hosting. They require a ServiceNow Consultant to start in January for an initial six month period. This is a senior role which reports in to their head of global ICT Service management.

You will be tasked with the support of the service management operations and predominately the ServiceNow operations.

Experience with the following is required
  • Background with both the operational duties and the improvement of a global instance
  • Have extensive background in maintaining scripting
  • ServiceNow ITOM experience
  • Strong understanding of integration with large organisations
  • ServiceNow certifications would be highly beneficial
  • Previous history in Service Management Operations (to enable the team to improve processes etc
  • Able to lead a small team of system administrators i.e. workload distribution and general management
  • Background in governance process, requirements and release management
