- Maintain and support ServiceNow platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve reported incidents and defects in ServiceNow to meet business requirements
- Build of Service Catalogue Item Forms and Approval / Assignment workflows
- Create knowledge articles and documentation for IT and knowledge sharing
- Follow change management process to deploy update sets and release
- Configuration & Implementation of new features and services to meet company and customer requirements
- Administer reports and homepages
