The client is looking for multiple System Analysts to assist on a project that is transitioning the department's staff from legacy systems to a single regulatory system.
You will undertake the following tasks:
- Undertake analysis of existing business processes
- Develop proposed solutions preparing and evaluating alternative workflows within the client's product suite.
- Document specifications and coordinate business endorsement of designs.
- Demonstrated experience in system analysis in an IT environment including the design of digital services factoring in user experience.
- Technical writing skills and experience in producing standard operating procedures and processes for major projects and IT operations.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing, documenting and analysing complex business processes.
- Demonstrated experience obtaining business approval for system designs.
