System Support Analyst - Clarity

The role is to provide remote and on-site user and system support. Responsible for the resolution of service requests involving Clarity information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Application configuration and troubleshooting
* Level 1 and 2 technical support
* Liaise with vendor for level 3 support
* User account management,
* Produce documentation and knowledgebase articles
* Occasional user training

Expected Capabilities and Experience :

* Technical understanding of database structures
* Knowledge of application security best practices
* Experience with JIRA Service Desk
* Experience with Clarity PPM
* Jaspersoft reports development
* Java, XML, Groovy scripting
* Oracle SQL & MySQL scripting
