Our client is an established managed service provider (MSP) who are Perth based, owned and operated. An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Level 2 Systems Administrator to join their growing team on a permanent and full-time basis! Role responsibilities: 
  • Act as point of escalation for the Service Desk team 
  • Provide Level 2 and 3 technical IT support to multiple clients
  • Install and configure software patches for servers and network infrastructure
  • Maintain concise and up to date service tickets
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Must have previous experience working for a MSP 
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Level 2 Service Desk role
  • Cisco CCNA level Routing & Switching skills
  • Microsoft MSCA level Windows Server skills
  • Excellent communication skills and highly professional phone manner 
  • ITIL Certification 
  • Genuine customer service focus 
  • Results driven work ethic and excellent attention to detail. 
  • Self-starter who can work both on their own and as part of a collaborative team
