We are working with an industry leader who are entering an exciting stage of growth. They have recognised the need appoint a Technical Lead to lead them into this next stage

About the Company
An established, Australian business who have been in operation for almost 30 years. They are a relatively small business but are well known and respected in the industries they operate in. Their solutions are an integral part of the industries they work in as they have what some would call a 'secret sauce' unrivalled by their competitors.

About the Role
A long-time employee of the company is currently acting in the capacity of team manager but their priorities lie elsewhere in the business. This role has been created out of their desire to evolve their IT, create a strategy and roadmap for future growth. You will wear a number of hats across technical leadership, team management and defining the strategy for the business to allow them adapt and remain at the forefront of their industry from a technical standpoint.

Additional information on the role
  • Existing team of 4 direct reports
  • Full stack role and Agile working environment
  • Current stack is JavaScript, PHP, CSS, HTML
  • SQL will play an important part in this role also
  • Working on Mobile & Tablet optimised websites and applications
