The organisation is undertaking a large marketing tech refresh project. This includes implementing the gold-standard Adobe Marketing Cloud while launching a new global website, email program, and CRM database. The culture consists of a friendly team of talented and enthusiastic individuals.
- Eliciting and defining business and functional requirements
- Translation and prioritisation of said requirements
- Strong technical documentation skills - workflows, process models, API integrations, etc
- Collaborate with CX, tech leads, architects, developers, and testers.
- Supporting testing, training and implementation activities
- Mapping data flows between systems
- Review and contribute to Solution Architecture documentation
- Familiarity with an Agile environment
- Digital experience (including websites and automation).
- Strong technical ability
- Experience across a variety of IT projects
- Experience with system integration and data APIs
- Experience working closely with Developers
- Strong documentation skills - workflows,
- Jira, DevOps or other tools for user stories, daily tasks, testing
- Confluence documentation
- Exposure to Adobe Marketing Cloud implementation (Adobe Experience Manager), website redesign, CX, data migration (cloud structured or unstructured).
