Our client is a global vendor who provides essential core systems for essential large enterprises, particularly the suite of products of HP Service Manager, HP Operations Bridge and HP Content Manager. Due to steady ongoing work requirements for implementation and upgrades for these products, they currently have long term roles available in Melbourne.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Technical implementation and configuration of HP Service Manager OR HP Operations Manager for large enterprise organisations
  • Involvement with solution design
  • Problem solving and technical support
  • Collaborating with a project team including architects and functional consultants


Key Skills and Experience Required:
  • Solid background in systems engineering or development
  • Hands on experience with at least one implementation of HPSM or HPOB as a technical consultant
  • At least 2-3 years' experience working with HPSM or HPOB
