A global digital commerce consultancy defining and delivering market-changing solutions and customer journeys for the world's leading brands.

Role: E-Commerce Technical Support Engineer

Mandatory experience includes:
  • OS flavours such as UNIX, Solaris, LINUX with RHEL as the key OS for us
  • SQL skills
  • Database experience with Oracle, DB2 or MySQL with DB2 as the main database for WebSphere Commerce
  • Exposure to web applications such as Java or PHP
  • Unix scripting (e.g. perl and bash)
If you know some of this even better!
  • JDBC skills
  • Log management tools
  • Experience with Magento
  • Experience with IBM's platforms such as WebSphere
  • Performance analysis and diagnosis, ensuring the application and underlying infrastructure is running properly
Exposure to some of the following areas would be beneficial
  • JDBC skills
  • Experience working with hosting organizations
  • Experience with Magento
  • Experience with IBM's platforms such as WebSphere
  • Performance analysis and diagnosis
