About the Company
Talent International have partnered with a highly regarded global Consulting and Services organisation to source an experienced Technical Support Officer.


About the Role
The successful candidate will be part of a highly efficient Support team whose responsibility it is to resolve customers' technical issues and to help minimise the impact on their business. Using leading edge tools, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritising and resolving a broad range of technical issues.
 

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a technical user support role
  • Experience supporting software such as Windows 10, MacOS, iOS and Android operating systems
  • Experience using platforms such as Microsoft Office 365, Intune, Sharepoint and Onedrive
  • Experience supporting collaborative systems such as Cisco Video Conferencing, Microsoft Surface Hubs, Video Walls and Digital Signage as well as other AV systems
  • Previous experience providing user training
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Terms
  • 6-month contract
  • $280 - $300 per day (commensurate with skills and experience)
  • Immediate start
