Talent International is working with a leading Australian-owned SaaS solution that are helping to improve customer conversations, increase productivity and visibility within the telecommunications industry. They are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to deliver compelling product training and customer experience for end-users of their products.

You will provide a background within the telecommunications or contact-centre industry, and will have experience in delivering & designing training programs and workshops to end-users.

What I'm looking for:
  • 3-4 years within a Technical or Product trainer role
  • Exposure to call-center environments or the telecommunication industry
  • Ability developing & tailoring training materials relevant to each business client
  • A background in training SaaS products is highly advantageous!
  • Brilliant stakeholder management experience with the communication skills to match
  • Experience delivering end-user training to contact-centre clients
