Daily Rate: Dependent on your experience

The Test Manager is responsible for developing and implementing Testing Strategies, Standards and Plans that ensures that the Program successfully delivers software and new processes that have been tested and accepted in with line required Program / Project and BAU requirements. 

The purpose of the Test Manager role is to ensure:
  • the successful delivery of Test Strategies, Standards, and Plans to support the Program of work
  • the oversight and execution of Test Plans and Cases to provide production implementation confidence of new software/platforms and associated processes as well as changes to existing software/platforms
  • that testing requirements, schedules, and risks are fully communicated to the Project and Program Leads and built into the overall Program Plans
  • that Strategies and Standards are best practice and repeatable within the Cushman Wakefield environment

Background & Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years IT Test Management experience in managing large complex transformation projects
  • Strong analytic, innovative and strategic thinking competencies required to develop solutions that add value while balancing that potential value against the risks with changing these mission critical systems
  • Able to investigate and resolve technology related problems using system expertise and business knowledge in time pressure situations
  • Proven ability to communicate technical matters concisely and effectively to the business users
  • Demonstrate ability to influence, engage and collaborate with Stakeholder groups to achieve agreed outcome
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and work as part of a specialised professional team
  • Ability to cope with pressure, prioritise workload and meet agreed timetables
  • Strong client experience focus
  • Self-starter who keeps up-to-date with technology trends and opportunities and who constantly looks for ways to improve their own skills, knowledge and experience through informal learning and formal training
  • Experience in managing, motivating and developing internal and virtual teams
