We are currently looking for an experienced Training Lead to work with our well-established organisation to execute a recently defined strategy and approach to a number of new training initiatives. Here you will be working closely with the Agile driven project team to ensure a number of roll-outs are facilitated effectively whilst acting as a senior change advocate, driving continuous development.

Key accountabilities;
  • Embedded in project team to support the implementation of technology, information, people and process solution.
  • Manage the project's training function and deployment teams across a multifaceted training landscape and streams of work.
  • Work collaboratively with subject matter experts, business stakeholders and technical project team members to meet training deliverable deadlines.
  • Execute the training strategy, ensuring training activities are aligned with agreed framework and methodology.
  • Develop, execute and review training plans, informed by training needs analysis, past deployments, and future state requirements.
  • Lead and actively participate in scoping, design, development and review of training materials and content.
  • Manage the scheduling and delivery of training to end-users and/or execution of train-the-trainer activities.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training delivery, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Deliver face-to-face training.
Skills/ background sought;
  • Leading teams in a (Agile) project deployment environment
  • Strong track record in developing, coordinating and executing training plans across multiple deployments
  • Successful delivery of the training function in system implementation projects
  • Aptitude for technology and systems solutions
  • Strategic thinker around training approaches, methods and teams
  • Advanced communication, collaboration and consultation skills to extract knowledge, guide discussions and facilitate effective collaborative outcomes with the training team, subject matter experts and business stakeholders
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Demonstrable experience working with a regional / remote workforce, including field-based operators.
