Our client is a global market leader in healthcare and hospital information management systems, particularly Patient Administration Systems. They have a major hospital PAS implementation project in regional Victoria, and now require a Training Lead for a permanent role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the PAS training lifecycle from needs analysis through to evaluation and revision
- Ensure training is effectively planned and implemented
- Ensure the provision of appropriate learning materials for end user training
- Collaborate with deployment managers to ensure that training, materials and environments are provided which align with the deployment project plans
- Engage with client projects managers and training leads by developing and delivering workshops onsite

Key Experience and Skills Required
- Subject matter expertise with the delivery of training
- Experience in healthcare systems implementation and deployment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt information to suit different audiences
- Availability to travel to regional Victoria regularly, with paid accommodation and travel allowance provided
