Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced Workforce Planning and Evaluation Analyst is responsible for organising the ongoing collection, management and analysis of workforce related data and information, which underpins the annual Workforce Needs Assessment and informs the workforce capacity and capability needs assessment.
This role will partner with key internal stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing development, tracking of progress
- You are tertiary qualified with minimum five years' experience, demonstrated knowledge and experience in the collection, collation and analysis of quantitative and/or qualitative data, ideally of a workforce planning nature.
- You are able to engage with complex organisations, senior managers, manage system-related reporting, manage multiple projects, including supporting the delivery of our overall people strategy.
- Preparing reports and presenting data are aided by your business writing capability. You are confident in facilitating and leading workshops/meetings, with excellent presentation and engagement skills.
- Some government experience would be preferable.
